THE ATLANTIC | $75 PER PERSON 

UNLIMITED SOFT DRINKS/TEA/COFFEE INCLUDED 

FIRST COURSE

SELECT ONE APPETIZER FOR THE TABLE: 

  • Guava BBQ Lamb Ribs - Colorado lamb ribs, served with a Florida citrus chayote slaw
  • Steak Carpaccio Crostini - thin slices beef tenderloin, horseradish cream sauce, shallots, capers, fresno peppers, micro basil
  • Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders – crispy fried chicken breast, hydro bibb lettuce, mayonnaise, pickle chips, brioche bun
  • Salmon Nachos - avocado crema, salmon crudo, sweet soy, edamame, micro cilantro
  • Hummus – tahini, roasted chickpeas, harissa oil, naan bread

SELECT TWO ENTRÉES FOR YOUR GUESTS TO CHOOSE FROM: 

  • Mediterranean Chicken Breast -  Oven roasted airline chicken breast with lemon and herbs, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, bell peppers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, feta, pan jus
  • Seared Salmon - Faroe Island Salmon, blood orange glazed, Chinese garlic-green beans, togarshi peanuts, basmati rice
  • Fresh Catch - rotating fresh catch fish served over romesco, warm pearl couscous + cucumber salad, baby heirloom tomatoes, arugula, salsa verde
  • Seafood Fra Diavolo- fra diavolo, linguini, 4oz rock shrimp, 4 mussels, 4 clams, butter, parsley, garlic, shallots, pecorino, red fresno peppers
